Holiday Shipping

Order by Wednesday, December 13 at 11:59 PM PST for delivery by Saturday, December 23 to any US address that accepts USPS deliveries. Delivery by December 23 does not apply in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of shopstateside.us (including, for example, interruptions of our transportation systems or the delivery services provided by our carriers).

Shipping

Please allow 1-2 business days for warehouse processing after an order has been placed. Once an order has been fulfilled, please allow up to 5 days for delivery by USPS.

Orders over $50 are eligible for free shipping. 

There will be an additional charge of $25 for Express shipping, which will take 2-4 business days. 

Please note, we do not ship internationally. All shipments must be within the United States.

Stateside is not responsible for any theft or damages to packages after delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST. Please allow up to two business days for a reply within our hours of operation.

To create a return or exchange, please email hello@statesideproject.com and provide your shipping zip code and order number.

Stateside offers a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days from when your order is purchased to ship/postmark it back to our return center for a refund or exchange. 

Please note:

    • All items must have all original tags attached and in sellable condition. We do not accept returns for worn, washed, altered, or damaged items. Please include your original packing slip inside the return package.  Your return will not be processed without this information.
    • Items marked FINAL SALE at the time of purchase are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges. We’re also unable to accept returns and exchanges for Bailey 44 items purchased from other retailers or websites. 

We will not accept returns that have not been confirmed and processed through our system.

Stateside has the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.  All returns will be processed within 30 days of receipt.
